South Lake Avenue Joins the Enterprise Zone!
The Pasadena Enterprise Zone is a State of California tax incentive program that offers State tax credits to stimulate business development and employment growth.

This Gift Shop is a consignment shop that features hand made items made by local men and women over the age of 50.  New to the shop this month is pottery.  Come take a look.  All purchases support seniors.  The shop is located at 820 East California and is open between 11 and 4 Wednesday to Saturday.  Free parking is available off of Hudson. 

 

The South Lake Business Association took an active role to ensure pedestrians are kept safe while enjoying their walks on South Lake Avenue.  A light delay was added to the traffic signals located at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Cordova Street.
