On Saturday, October 15, 2011 the South Lake Business Association, in partnership with Carmody & Co. and Lockheed Federal Credit Union, presented the 3rd Annual "Taste of South Lake".  Several thousand guests enjoyed mouth-watering offerings from the restaurants of South Lake, a special live cooking demo, a beer and wine garden, showcases from other South Lake Avenue businesses and live music performances by Dustbowl Revival, Jessica Fichot and Orgone.
